World Environmental Education Day: To emphasize the importance of environmental education and to promote a harmonious relationship between the natural and human activities.

International Straw Free Day: To raise awareness about the problems caused by plastic pollution and advocate to reduce straw and plastic waste.

World Day of Social Justice: To raise awareness about justice for all people which cannot be separated from justice for the environment.

World Polar Bear Day: To remind people about the dwindling polar bear population which is as a result of global warming.

World Wildlife Day: To celebrate and raise awareness of the world’s wild animals and plants.

Solar Appreciation Day: To recognize how solar energy helps the planet and its inhabitants.

International Day of Action for Rivers: To demonstrate the importance of protecting and restoring rivers.

Global Recycling Day: To raise awareness about, show support for and celebrate the importance of recycling.
